Details of the Exogen Rental Program

To start the rental of an Exogen Ultrasound Bone Stimulator system, click the 'Rent This Exogen Now' button.  You will be taken to the PayPal interface where you will set up the subscription to rent the Exogen.

  • To begin the rental period, complete the subscription information in PayPal.  Once complete, you will be charged for the first month up front.  We will then immediately ship the Exogen to you via free USPS Priority Mail shipping.  You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information and the date your rental will next be charged.
  • Each month, PayPal will charge the monthly rental fee while the Exogen is in use.  You will receive a notification each instance including how to log in to PayPal and manage your rental subscription.
  • The Exogen is guaranteed to be operational or we will immediately replace the Exogen with a working unit.
  • To end the rental, simply contact us to request a return at, chat with us online, or call/text 858-461-9989We will send you a prepaid USPS Priority Mail shipping label to return the Exogen to our location.
  • Once the Exogen unit arrives and is inspected, the rental agreement will end and no further payments will be needed.

The rental subscription and payments will be handled through PayPal, which offers you buyer protection and is free to use.   PayPal accepts all major credit cards.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Question:  How many uses am I allowed to use?
  • Answer:  The certified number of uses for the Exogen device  is one 20-minute treatment per day.   Please consult with your doctor if you intend to perform more than one treatment per day.
  • Question:  What happens if I run out of the ultrasound gel?
  • Answer:  All rentals ship with full bottle(s) of gel.  If you do somehow run out, simply contact us to let us know you need more gel and we will ship a bottle of the gel to you right away.
  • Question:  What happens if the Exogen device stops working?
  • Answer:  We will ship you a replacement Exogen unit right away and ask that you return the defective unit once the new one arrives.  We will provide prepaid postage.
